The bike path was full of groups of people while we were out on our regular dog walk. They were Labor Day Weekend enjoyers, out with their family and friends. Given that such celebrations for Not For Us, I suggested to daughter that these people were traveling in packs. Maybe humans were becoming dogs–No! Wolves! she interjected–and were roaming around, awaiting their final canine transformation. Ludicrous ideas were shared. Laughter, too, until we’d walked our own dogs enough and packed it in.
