Yoga For Broken Hearts

There’s more than one way to have a broken heart.

This is so funny and really quite touching. Worth a read. (If you don’t see the link, click the title of this post.)

    • Which just confirms that your side of town is the place to be. I’ve heard very good things about senior yoga! I’ve longed to take a class with a woman I like, but she only teaches senior yoga. I qualify for it in 6 years.

    • I wondered if you returned to yoga yet. I, of course, don’t want to pressure you, but I will put in a good word. After the first few classes, I pretty much stopped sobbing. How’s that for another plug?

And I’ve no doubt you’ll get your snark back. I kind of see it, peeking out.

  1. I have never taken anything remotely like yoga in my life…closest thing was belly dancing. LOL But my (older) brother got into a class after his wife passed away and he was the last person on the face of the earth I ever thought would take a class of any kind. He loved it and said it did a lot to help his balance.

    • Jean, I was never into yoga. I took a class here and there, I enjoyed prenatal yoga, but before this all happened, I was too uptight/too Type A for yoga. Now, yoga is just right for me, and I’ve found some gentle classes that are gentle on my body and mind. I benefit every time I go.
